Hello everybody, I am the sales manager of CANMAX Technology Ltd.,
My
name is Euginia. I am happy to be here and introduce CANMAX to all of you.
We are a designer and manufacturer for
bar code scanners.
And who are we?
Simply put, CANMAX is a company that has been focusing on the bar code scanning
industry for 26 years.
More than half of
our business comes from customized projects.
And our clients are mainly from Japan. CANMAX attaches
great
importance to product quality and technical services. And we have
obtained a good reputation in the industry.
And how we
make our clients happy and cooperate with us?
First of
all, our business style is simple, direct and practical. It’s because we do
business just like to make friends, should be long term relationship. The time
will tell everything. To make good
control on the products quality, we insist to keep our factory in Taiwan and be
the next door of our office. So we can
go there and watch the production at any time. Before shipping, we will make
full QC test to make sure everything is perfect.
Here
I will tell you a short story to show our R & D team’s value. It’s a story which my boss told me.
Many years ago, it
was only 2 weeks left before the university entrance exam in Taiwan. All
admission tickets are mailed to every candidate. However, the examination
committee found their barcode scanners could not read the barcode on the
admission tickets. They were in hurry to look for bar code scanners that could
read the barcode. But no suppliers can
help. Then our Taiwan distributor called us for help. We found the reason for the trouble. The printing factory thought the barcode was
too long and they cut to the length to what they
prefer. That’s a very ridiculous mistake
because…
To cut any part of the completed barcode is something like to cut the
part of the left side photo. That will
make the image can not be identified. Then our engineers were isolated to find
a solution. And they have only one week left. Finally, they analyzed the regularity of the damaged barcode data, and compensated the cut data to recover the original data. It’s great they saved that university
entrance exam successfully. Otherwise,
there is no time to print the admission tickets and mail to all students again.
So I am very proud of our R & D team.

packing and shipping.
